Drunk Classics:
A Christmas Carol
by Charles Dickens

November 30 - December 14, 2019

Summary

A Christmas Carol

(Adapted by Dakota Lee Bryant)

Directed by Keegan Zimmerman

“There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor.” - Ebenezer Scrooge

And there is nothing like the contagious laughter and good humor we experienced this summer during our Drunk Classics Tour, so we're doing it again, this time with a Christmas twist!

Come see A Christmas Carol as you've never seen it before. One member of our cast will be chosen at random by the audience to get "jingled". Then we auction off chances for those same audience members to be Royalty for the night! Our Royals will be active participants in the performance, making rules for the actors, quenching a multi-dimensional thirst, and changing the direction of the show on a whim!

What is an actor to do when all rhyme and reason (not to mention lines, movement, and equilibrium!) have been tossed out the window? On this night, you'll find out why we always say "THE SHOW MUST GO ON!"

SCHEDULE:

7:00 pm - Doors open and the bidding begins! Every member of the audience receives one token to vote for their drunkard! Additional tokens can be purchased to cast additional votes.

7:45 pm - The Live Auction for Royalty begins!

8:00 - Thus the play begins - Bah Rum-bug!
