Rehearsals: January 22 - February 15, 2024 (No Friday Rehearsals)

Performances: February 16 - March 3, 2024

This production will take place in person on the 3rd Act Theatre Stage in The Shoppes at Northpark.

We are committed to diverse, inclusive casting. Adapted from Ilene Beckerman’s memoir of the same name, Love, Loss, and What I Wore is a collection of monologues centered around clothing and the female experience.  We will have a cast of 5-6 actors portraying almost 30 characters telling stories of pivotal moments in their lives framed through the lens of the clothing they wore.

Character Advisory: All Characters will speak or listen to monologues relating to loss, death, divorce, grief, illness, sexuality, sexual assault, feminism, love, rage, and body image.  

Cast: 5-6 Actors

Gingy (any age, feminine-presenting)  Gincy is our narrator.  Her life story is woven among the other tales.

The 30 other characters will be played by 4-5 actors, any age, feminine-presenting

Auditions will be in person at 3rd Act Theatre Company on January 6, 2024, with callbacks if necessary on January 7th.  

Sides and a perusal script will be sent on or around Monday, January 1st.
